Shipping and Delivery

How long does standard delivery take? 

From the time you click the order button,  it usually takes about 5-10 business days within New Zealand and 7 to 12 business days to Australia for delivery , depending on exactly where you live. All handmade oil and acrylic paints need takes about 20 working days to received. Delivery must be to a physical address, We don't ship PO Box.

We are open 7days a week. please allow an extra 2-3 days for the production of your order, prior to shipping.

What happens if I am not home when my item is delivered? 

All our couriers have "Authority to Leave", which means they can leave their deliveries in a safe place. If they do not think it is safe to leave an item, they will leave a calling card, and usually ask the customer to call them directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

As an online business, we are currently operating as normal in terms of fulfilling your orders and shipping them as quickly as possible. Our team are available as usual via email, phone and social media to answer any queries you have.

Our manufacturing team are now working in shifts to ensure at least 4m2 of space per person. We have also instituted heightened hygiene and sanitization procedures for all staff. Of course, any staff member who feels unwell is not coming into work, with health and well-being our primary focus.

All our products are fully insure them during the shipping process. If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 48 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organize a replacement immediately.
